Risk analysis in human-machines system usually takes into account unintentional errors. The article proposes to analyze intentional errors so-called violations in order to improve, in a first time, risk analysis and in a second time, safety design. After a brief introducing of intentional deviated behaviour and more precisely, barrier-crossing, the paper presents a model (the BCD model) dedicated to analyse these deviated behaviours.
