The schemes of creating aircraft GTE developments by domestic design bureaus are analyzed and basic engines, their modifications and some projects are shown in chronological succession. The amount of developments of individual engine types is examined and a share of each DB in the general scope of developments is determined. The dynamics of GTE developments in the USSR/CIS is presented.

Synthesis of basic structural design of aircraft GTE based on genetic algorithms
A functional IDEF0-model of conceptual design of an aircraft gas turbine engine was developed. By an example of selecting a structural design of two-rotor gas turbine engine, we present theExpand
Weight optimization principles for turbine blade shroud platform
The paper describes the development of NK-family engine shrouded turbine blades. Weight optimization principles are formulated with account for strength and manufacturability limits.
The calculation method of kinematics and dynamics of the "virtual nozzle" of the aircraft engine
The paper proposes a method for creating a “virtual" nozzle for an aircraft, and CAD/CAE/CAM units are included as the stages in the method, allowing to increase the design quality of nozzle and the design speed due to the expected reduction in the number of development tests. Expand
