The role of human resources (HR) is an important key in the sustainability of an industry. In order to optimize its human resources utilization, a company needs to measure the workload of its employees so they can perform their tasks properly. In this study, we determine the mental workload of 11 employees in Human Resources Division at a pipe industry, and analyse the indicators affecting the mental workload.
