<lb>The Dutch governmental Sociale Verzekeringsbank (SVB) recently completed a project<lb>on business modelling. The aim was to develop business models that express the<lb>strategic goals of customer event orientation, integrated customer services, as well as<lb>improved agility. An approach was chosen to combine event definition, dynamic<lb>process modelling and business rules. In this paper the findings are presented. Main<lb>conclusion is that, although we used some best practices and common techniques, we<lb>had to invent our own ways to combine event definitions, dynamic processes, object<lb>models and business rules.
