An unusual case of asymptomatic appendicular cutting foreign body.

Abstract

Foreign body ingestion is a common problem in pediatric age. Foreign bodies in the lumen of appendix is a well known event. In this condition perforation or appendicitis may occur even for blunt or sharp objects.
