Abstract

A 35-year-old nulliparous woman underwent uterine artery embolisation (UAE) for heavy menstrual bleeding and anaemia due to fibroids, refractive to medical and surgical treatment.Bilateral UAE was performed after cephazolin prophylaxis and analgesia.
