An outbreak of multiply resistant Pseudomonas aeruginosa in a neonatal unit: plasmid pattern analysis.

Abstract

Affected neonates were receiving ventilation support and the mortality rate was high. Plasmid analysis and antibiograms indicated that the outbreak was due to a single strain.
