UNLABELLED In this prospective study we evaluated the performance characteristics of a specific and sensitive antigen preparation (AgA) used in an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) for the detection of anti-Trypanosoma cruzi antibodies in serum samples, for Chagas' disease diagnosis.
