Soluble N-ethylmaleimide-sensitive fusion protein (NSF) attachment protein receptor (SNARE) complexes composed of target (t-) SNAREs syntaxin and SNAP-25 and vesicle SNARE synaptobrevin play an essential role in neurosecretion.
