We prove an identity in distribution between two kinds of partition functions for the log-gamma directed polymer model: (1) the point-to-point partition function in a quadrant, (2) the point-to-line partition function in an octant. As an application, we prove that the point-toline free energy of the log-gamma polymer in an octant obeys a phase transition depending on the strength of the noise along the boundary. This transition of (de)pinning by randomness was first predicted in physics by… Expand

Intermediate Disorder Regime for Half-Space Directed Polymers
We consider the convergence of partition functions and endpoint density for the half-space directed polymer model in dimension $1+1$ in the intermediate disorder regime as considered for the fullExpand

Fluctuations of the log-gamma polymer free energy with general parameters and slopes
We prove that the free energy of the log-gamma polymer between lattice points (1, 1) and (M,N) converges to the GUE Tracy-Widom distribution in the M1/3 scaling, provided that N/M remains boundedExpand
Kardar-Parisi-Zhang equation in a half space with flat initial condition and the unbinding of a directed polymer from an attractive wall.
We present an exact solution for the height distribution of the KPZ equation at any time t in a half space with flat initial condition. This is equivalent to obtaining the free-energy distribution ofExpand

HALF-SPACE MACDONALD PROCESSES
Macdonald processes are measures on sequences of integer partitions built using the Cauchy summation identity for Macdonald symmetric functions. These measures are a useful tool to uncover theExpand
