In this paper, an end-to-end Quality of Service (QoS) framework for streaming services in 3G mobile networks is considered. A solution based on a Public Land Mobile Network (PLMN) hosted multimedia streaming service is studied to avoid accessing through an external IP packet data network (IP-PDN) to streaming services.
