This report presents a procedure to synthesize a stabilizing periodic static state-feedback controller that does not explicitly need the application of the Floquet theory and which can be easily computed numerically. In addition to the complete uniform controllability condition, which is a common requirement in this kind of problem, the open-loop system must also be uniformly observable with the synthesized controller in order to be stabilised.
