An algorithm for computing state feedback in multi-input linear systems

A new algorithm is proposed in this paper to compute the state feedback for arbitrary pole placement in multi-input linear systems. The algorithm has good numerical behavior. It also allows the user to adjust the eigenstructure of the resulting feedback system and therefore improve the condition of the problem and computation.
