We provide an overview of the Rorschach Performance Assessment System (R-PAS; Meyer, Viglione, Mihura, Erard, & Erdberg, 2011). After providing a general introduction to Rorschach-based assessment, the rationale and features of R-PAS are outlined. As part of this discussion, some of the ways in which R-PAS differs from the Comprehensive System (CS) (Exner, 2003) are delineated.
An Interrater Reliability Study of Rorschach Performance Assessment System (R–PAS) Raw and Complexity-Adjusted Scores
TLDR
Examination of R–PAS IRR of Page 1 and Page 2 raw and complexity-adjusted scores with 112 Italian Rorschach protocols found most of the variables were characterized by good to excellent IRR.

A Survey of Challenges Experienced by New Learners Coding the Rorschach
TLDR
Suggestions about how to improve the guidelines for some of the more difficult variables are offered and where it is most necessary to focus teaching time are offered to help new students in learning the Rorschach.
Evidências de validade do Rorschach Performance Assessment System no diagnóstico da esquizofrenia
TLDR
There were positive and strong magnitude associations to the score obtained in MIS and the variables of the R-PAS, EII-3 and TP-Comp and the results can be interpreted as evidence of validity for the Rorschach Performance Assessment System in a Brazilian context.
Coding With R-PAS: Does Prior Training With the Exner Comprehensive System Impact Interrater Reliability Compared to Those Examiners With Only R-PAS-Based Training?
TLDR
Overall, these results suggest that trainees may learn how to code R-PAS variables with similar reliability levels whether or not they had prior CS knowledge.

Does Productivity Impact the Stability of Rorschach Scores?
TLDR
Primary analyses of test–retest data gathered using the Rorschach Comprehensive System and available for 75 French, nonpatient adults showed that stability was impacted by the mean level of productivity in 12 variables with medium to large effects and transforming scores into proportions was beneficial for some important variables.
The hard science of Rorschach research: what do we know and where do we go?
TLDR
It is concluded that Rorschach, Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory, and IQ scales each produce roughly similar effect size magnitudes, although all tests have greater validity for some purposes than for others.
Current nonpatient data for the Rorschach, WAIS-R, and MMPI-2
