228 Abstract— It is very difficult to choose a particular Microcontroller for specific application. Success or failure of any project largely depends on proper selection of the Microcontroller Unit. In this paper a brief overview of the unit is described as far as the right selection for particular application is concerned. So many manufactures are producing microcontroller in bulk amount.
