The U.S. Army Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC) and the U. S. Section of the International Boundary and Water Commission (U.S. IBWC) have undertaken an integrated condition assessment of 270 miles of U.S. IBWC levees and their foundations in the Lower Rio Grande Valley of Texas.
