To improve the spatial resolution of the reconstructed image/video sequence and reduce the ringing artifacts, we propose an improved iterative back projection (IBP) algorithm, using the second-order differential revised term. In addition, video super-resolution segmentation reconstruction model based on a sliding window, movement registration based on a four-parameter transformation model, etc. are employed to enhance the validity of this algorithm.
