An Improved Identity Authentication Scheme for Internet of Things in Heterogeneous Networking Environments

Abstract

Considering the differences between the Internet and the Internet of Things in security problems, we propose an identity authentication scheme based on elliptic curve algorithm for public and private key pair in order to meet the security requirements of the Internet of Things in heterogeneous networking environments. After being simulated with OPNET, the plan proves to be both safe and effective.
