AbstructSelf-timed logic provides a method for designing logic circuits such that their correct behavior depends neither on the speed of their components nor on the delay along the communication wires. This paper proposes a general synthesis method for eficiently implementing any family of Boolean functions over a set of variables, as a self-timed logic module.
