TEODI is the acronym of a maximum power point tracking (MPPT) technique which has been recently presented in the literature. Such a technique is particularly suitable in distributed MPPT photovoltaic (PV) applications, and it is based on the equalization of the output operating points, of the dc/dc converters dedicated to each subsection of the PV array, in correspondence of the forced displacement of their input operating points.
