In this paper, we propose a new QoS architecture for PMP 802.16 systems operating in TDD mode over wirelessMAN-OFDM physical layer. It includes a call admission control policy and a hierarchical scheduling algorithm. The CAC policy we propose adopts a min-max fairness approach making efficient and fair use of available resources.
