c-myc expression, amplification, and rearrangement were studied in neoplastic hepatic nodules of rats after diethylnitrosamine treatment, in hepatocellular carcinomas induced by N-methyl-N-nitrosourea, and in tumorigenic liver cell lines derived from rat hepatocytes transformed by diethylnitrosamine in vivo.
