Abstract Capillary electrophoresis (CE) was employed for the determination of cytochrome c using a wall-jet amperometric detector consisting a copper(I) oxide-modified sol–gel carbon composite electrode (CCE), which exhibits a sensitive electrocatalytic response for the oxidation of cytochrome c .
