Background—Our study was primarily based on data analysis, visualization, several iterations of finding and applying ideas, and finally testing them on real world data, i.e. clinical situations. Objectives—Protocols of measurements should be designed and used in clinical studies to provide needed data in each of the phases of pilot works, design, test and application of the methods.
