A general discussion of the literature, and descriptions of 25 species and their products - mostly oil, used for food, drink, fodder, soap, cosmetics and industrial applications. Other uses include leaves for thatch, fibre, cordage and wax, extracted starch for sago, and trunks for posts and bridges.
