The present study examined the spatial organization of tyrosine hydroxylase (TH) immunopositive Purkinje cells in the cerebellum of rolling mouse Nagoya with reference to the distribution pattern of the cerebellar compartmentation antigen, heat shock protein 25 (HSP25). Whole-mount immunostaining revealed a striking pattern of parasagittal stripes of TH staining in the rolling mouse cerebellum but not in the control cerebellum.
