The cftr(tm1Unc)-knockout (CF-KO) mouse is being evaluated as a model of increased drug clearance noted clinically in patients with cystic fibrosis (CF). This study investigated whether CF-KO mice exhibited altered omeprazole pharmacokinetics compared with wild-type mice.
