All-nanosheet ultrathin capacitors of Ru0.95O20.2-/Ca2Nb3O10-/Ru0.95O20.2- were successfully assembled through facile room-temperature solution-based processes. As a bottom electrode, conductive Ru0.95O20.2- nanosheets were first assembled on a quartz glass substrate through a sequential adsorption process with polycations. On top of the Ru0.95O20.2- nanosheet film, Ca2Nb3O10- nanosheets were deposited by the Langmuir-Blodgett technique to serve as a dielectric layer. Deposition parameters were… Expand
Scalable Design of Two-Dimensional Oxide Nanosheets for Construction of Ultrathin Multilayer Nanocapacitor.

Hunting for Monolayer Oxide Nanosheets and Their Architectures
TLDR
This paper reports a universal optical method for rapid and reliable identification of single- to quindecuple-layers in oxide nanosheets (Ti0.87O2, Ca2Nb3O10,Ca2NaNb4O13) and shows that the use of thinner SiO2 offers optimum visualization conditions with a contrast of >5%; the contrast is a nonmonotonic function of wavelength and changes its sign at ≈550 nm. Single Droplet Assembly for Two-Dimensional Nanosheet Tiling.
TLDR
By controlled thermal convection of a single droplet on a hot plate, a range of 2D nanosheets can be neatly tiled to form an ideal monolayer on various substrates in ∼30 s over a wide area (i.e., a 50 mmϕ substrate). Expand
Preparation and electrode properties of novel redoxable nanosheets of Mn–Ni oxide with and without vacancy defects
As potential cathode materials for thin-film energy storage devices, MnNi oxide nanosheets with the chemical composition H0.46Mn0.81Ni0.19O2 (M81N19) were prepared. Upon restacking in HNO3 aqueousExpand

TLDR
Interestingly, the grain boundary resistance between nanosheets seems to contribute only slightly to the sheet resistance of self-assembled films, which was discussed based on a two-dimensional percolation model. Expand
