Maximal binding capacity (Bmax) and the dissociation constant (KD) for the beta-adrenoceptor antagonist 125I-cyanopindol were estimated in membrane preparations of hilar, lobar/main bronchi (level I) and peripheral lung (level II) of grossly normal lungs resected for bronchial carcinoma.
