In this chapter, we present the result of agent-based simulations to examine the effectiveness of financing public goods. Morgan (2000) develops a mathematical equilibrium model of lotteries for financing public goods.Moreover,Morgan and Sefton (2000) conduct experiments with human subjects and focus on the following three points.
