This thesis describes the development of a Consolidated Database (CDB) for the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Civil Aeromedical Institute that incorporated several NTSB National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) and FAA databases for the evaluation of the Age 60 rule and analysis of aviation accidents.
