Aflatoxin B1 (AFB1) in 25 cacao hazelnut cream and 15 dried apricot samples and aflatoxin M1 (AFM1) in 130 cheese samples (35 full fatty Turkish white cheeses, 35 fresh kashars, 25 old kashars, 20 Gravyer cheeses and 15 cream cheeses) randomly collected from traditional retail markets with insufFicient chilling facilities in Bursa, Turkey, were determined by ELISA.
