Southern African dust sources are known to be active, but there are few simulation studies that can be used to assess their impacts on oceans and terrestrial regions. Hysplit modelling software is used to produce seasonal pathway directions of the air masses trajectories from southern Africa`s most active dust sources for the period between January 2005 to December 2008.
