We report recent progress made in our laboratory on travelling wave Mach-Zehnder Interferometer based Silicon Photonics modulators with segmented transmission lines, as well as on resonant ring modulators and add-drop multiplexers with peaking enhanced bandwidth extended beyond the photon lifetime limit.
