PURPOSE OF REVIEW This paper reviews the recent developments in microincision cataract surgery intraocular lenses. RECENT FINDINGS Seven intraocular lenses are currently available for implantation through sub-2.0-mm incision. From the intraocular lenses available, two microincision cataract surgery intraocular lenses were included in clinical studies and their results were reviewed.
