Nucleoside and nucleotide analogues are structurally similar antimetabolites and are promising small‐molecule chemotherapeutic agents against various infectious DNA and RNA viruses. To date, these analogues have not been documented in‐depth as anti‐human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) and anti‐hepatitis virus agents, these are at various stages of testing ranging from pre‐clinical, to those withdrawn from trials, or those that are approved as drugs. Hence, in this review, the importance of these…
Targeting SARS-CoV-2 Polymerase with New Nucleoside Analogues
TLDR
A group of new nucleoside analogues are synthesized, which are modified at the sugar moiety that is replaced by a quinazoline entity, and evaluated with in vitro assays for targeting polymerase of SARS-CoV-2.
RAPID DETERMINATION OF CARBOPLATIN AND DOCETAXEL USİNG RP-HPLC WİTH PDA DETECTOR
TLDR
A simple, selective, validated and well-defined stability that shows isocratic RP-HPLC methodology for the quantitative determination of Carboplatin and Docetaxel through the HPLC (e-2695) instrument containing a PDA detector is proposed.
Synthesis of novel seco-acyclo-N-diazolyl-thione nucleosides analogous derived from acetic acid: characterization, complex formation with ions Pb(II), Hg(II) and antibacterial activity
Three diazoles namely 5-methyl-1,3,4-oxadiazole -2(3H)-thione, 5-methyl-1,3,4-thiadiazol-2(3H)-thione and 4-amino-5-methyl-2H-1,2,4-triazole-3-thiol were synthesized from acetic acid or ethyl
Rhodium-Catalyzed Denitrogenative Transannulation of N-Sulfonyl-1,2,3-triazoles with Glycals Giving Pyrroline-Fused N-Glycosides.
TLDR
A selective synthesis of 2,3-dihydropyrrole-fused N-glycosides through rhodium-catalyzed denitrogenative transannulation of N-sulfonyl-1,2, 3-triazoles with glycals is described, afforded in moderate to excellent yields with exclusive regioselectivities and stereoselectivity.
