Seminal plasma protein adsorption by boar spermatozoa was examined using ejaculated sperm from vesiculectomized boars and seminal plasma from vasectomized boars. Sperm adsorbed 14 pg protein/sperm in 10 min. When seminal plasma proteins were radiolabeled, most of the adsorbed radiolabel was present in low M(r) proteins, particularly a 12700 M(r) protein.
