Abstract In view of low cost and efficient adsorbents exploration, present study was aimed to evaluate the possibility of Pitpapra waste biomass (roots, leaves, stem) for adsorption of Zn (II) and Co (II) metals in single metal system (SMS) and binary metal system (BMS).
