Adrenal incidentalomas (AIs) represent adrenal masses that are incidentally discovered whilst investigating symptoms and signs unrelated to adrenal pathology. The onset and natural course of AIs are unknown, and the possible underlying cardiometabolic abnormalities have not been examined in depth.
