A 53-year-old female presenting with microscopic hematuria underwent a triple phase (pre-contrast and post-contrast) computerized tomography (CT) examination of the pelvis and abdomen. In addition to urolithiasis, which likely explained the hematuria, a 2 cm, well-defined nodule of the right adrenal gland was discovered.
