In this paper, we introduce a mobile optical wireless (OW) multicarrier-code division multiple access (MC-CDMA) system that employs a new adaptive line strip multibeam system (ALSMS) with diversity detection. Our results indicate that a significant improvement in the bit error rate (BER) can be obtained in the presence of very directive noise, multipath propagation and shadowing typical in a real indoor environment.
