Paraneoplastic cerebellar degeneration (PCD) is a rare neurological complication of non-metastatic malignancy. Usually its clinical manifestation is that of subacute ataxia, dysarthria and nystagmus. Here we present a case of PCD of acute onset in a patient with ovarian carcinoma.
