OBJECTIVE Acute renal failure is commonly seen in adults after treatment with nonsteroidal antiinflammatory agents. This complication has rarely been reported in children. DESIGN Four consecutive patients admitted with acute nonoliguric renal failure associated with ingestion of nonsteroidal antiinflammatory agents.
