  • OBJECTIVE To describe the etiologic factors, course, and outcome of acute necrotizing pancreatitis in children. STUDY DESIGN We performed a retrospective study of children with necrotizing pancreatitis diagnosed during the last 21 years at Yale-New Haven Children's Hospital.
