In order to investigate the effects of Citrus herbs on cyclosporin absorption and disposition, swine were given cyclosporin (10 mg/kg) with or without decoctions of Citri Aurantii Fructus (CAF) or Citri Grandis Pericarpium (CGP) in a crossover design.
