Acute circulatory deficiency due to endocrinal tumoral manipulation: the pinealoblastoma

Abstract

We rapport the case of a patient presenting intra-abdominal metastasis of a pinealoblastoma, via a ventriculo-peritoneal shunt, confirmed by an anatomo-pathologic exam.
