BACKGROUND A 63-year-old male presented with fever, a subcutaneous nodule, gingival hypertrophy, lacrimal gland enlargement, and no lymphadenopathy or hepatosplenomegaly, but had anemia, thrombocytopenia, and peripheral blood (PB) plus bone marrow (BM) involvement by leukemic cells.
