The transcription factor nuclear factor kappa B (NF-kappaB) has been implicated in the regulation of genes mainly involved in inflammation and immune response. We analysed the role of NF-kappaB in signalling pathways induced by the hematopoietic growth factor erythropoietin (EPO).
