Actin cytoskeleton controls a vast range of cellular processes such as motility, cytokinesis, differentiation, vesicle transport, phagocytosis, muscle contraction. A growing literature clearly demonstrated that actin cytoskeleton can play a regulating role in several signalling pathways.
