OBJECTIVE To determine the relationships between sperm acrosin activity, sperm morphology evaluated according to strict criteria, visually observed acrosomal morphology, and IVF rates. DESIGN Prospective analytic study. Acrosin activity was determined on all semen samples together with a standard semen analysis.
